Röschitz are wines that slip down easily and whet your appetite for a second, third or (?) glass of wine. Muskateller and Welschriesling can be served as an aperitif or with a snack. Riesling is great served with vegetables or fish, and is equally delicious with roast pork. A typical Veltliner is perfect with escalopes or “Tafelspitz” (boiled beef in broth).
